- Kevin Lapsley is an American producer, director, writer, actor and editor, best known for his filmography work on his own and other independent productions in film, TV, web, and music videos.
Lapsley wrote/co-created the award winning screenplay, LimoCop (2019) and/or produced feature films such as Tower Rd. (2009), Hollywood Sunrise (2009), The Last One..? (2004) and It Is to Me... (2001).
