We are moments away from the “Survivor 46” finale, and after a season of messy gameplay and no clear strategic frontrunner, it is confusing as ever as to who will ultimately win the title of Sole Survivor. In last week’s episode, “Mamma Bear,” one of the most visible, uproarious contestants of the season was eliminated, Q Burdette, leaving just the Top 5 contestants still in the game. Let’s break down this penultimate episode to determine who will come out on top in the final episode and where these remaining five players stand.
The week prior, many viewers were confused about Ben Katzman‘s stray vote for Kenzie Petty on what was a unanimous blindside of Venus Vafa and whether there was any strategic reason for it; turns out it was a moment of mental lapse after so many days in the game, but either way, it does not look good on him.

In the latest “Survivor 46” deleted scene (watch above), Q Burdette gives his personal assessment about each of the players still in the game. It’s the morning of Day 14 at the Nuinui tribe, before host Jeff Probst temporarily splits the 12 remaining castaways into two separate groups. Q claims that he’s “always had this gift to connect with people,” and he uses it to gain “trust” and “get information” from those around him. “In this game, I’ve got a little bit of information from everybody,” the 29-year-old real estate agent from Tennessee tells the camera. “And now I can put the pieces of the puzzle together.”
Q then lists off certain quality traits he has noticed about everyone around him, including most notably Venus Vafa. He really doesn’t hold back when it comes to the 24-year-old data analyst from Toronto, likening her to a scaly reptile with fangs.

Survivor 46 has a dramatic night in store for the first post-merge episode.
Moriah Gaynor was eliminated before the Survivor 46 castaways united as one tribe. She became the final person sent home before the merge.
She was the second straight person from Siga who got sent packing, as she joined Jem Hussain-Adams, who failed to make the jury stage.
Only 12 people remain in contention for the $1 million prize when Survivor 46, Episode 7 begins.
People are suspicious of the rogue vote that resulted in Moriah’s Tribal Council elimination.
Charlie Davis was the person who didn’t vote for Moriah. Here’s Charlie’s explanation for why he voted for Venus Vafa.
Survivor 46, Episode 7 synopsis
“A rogue vote at the last tribal council launches a blame game throughout camp. Players must keep their balance to keep their game alive and win immunity. Then, castaways must decide between past loyalties and future strategies in...

Survivor 46 said goodbye to Moriah Gaynor during the latest episode.
Moriah became the unfortunate victim of an Earn the Merge Challenge that left an entire tribe safe from the Tribal Council.
The three remaining members of the Yanu Tribe were on the winning team for the Merge Challenge. It meant they would be safe, and the next person voted out would come from Siga or Nami.
At the Merge Feast, Moriah and Venus Vafa were the two names mentioned as sacrifices by the two tribes.
Venus caught wind of Moriah being an elimination target, and she tried to shift the target. The editing made it seem like people were almost ready to vote out Venus.
At the Tribal Council, much debate was had about how the vote should go, but Jeff Probst revealed one-sided results.

There is a lot to unpack with the second episode of “Survivor 46.” It gave us three completely different tribes in terms of dynamics, to how rivals work together, to a secret alliance, to one of the most rocky, problematic groups filled with paranoia and borderline controversial gameplay with much hilarity. In another two-hour episode, let’s break down all of the craziness that occurred in “Scorpio Energy.”
Starting with the most cohesive and least dramatic tribe of the three, Siga (known as the vibe tribe) seems to still have the gender trios of the women versus the men, with Charlie Davis looking to be swayed into joining the girls, but also registering that he would be the bottom of that pact. In order to solidify himself further, he proposed a secret pairing with Maria Shrime Gonzalez – who seems to be the popular tribe member and also possesses an extra vote...

The sneak peek video for “Survivor 46” Episode 2 has been released by CBS, and it’s all about Tevin Davis (watch above). The 24-year-old actor from Virginia reveals to the camera that he’s playing “a very social game” at the Nami camp and that he’s already connected with Hunter McKnight and Soda Thompson. “I feel like I’m attached to everybody,” Tevin declares before adding, “The only person that I don’t get a good vibe from is Venus [Vafa].”
In last week’s premiere, Venus was called out by Randen Montalvo for acting a bit too much like former “Survivor” winner (and current “The Traitors” contestant) Parvati Shallow, and Venus later admitted to the audience that she was indeed being “sneaky.” Will that come back around to bite her?
Elsewhere in the promo trailer, the Nami tribe mates are gathered around the fire on Day 4 hypothesizing about what...

Imphal, Sep 5 (Ians) Chennaiyin Fc (Cfc) took their place in the quarterfinals of the 131st Indian Oil Durand Cup, with a comprehensive 2-0 victory over local favourites Neroca Fc (NFC), at the Khuman Lampak Stadium here on Monday.
The Group C game was the 40th and final of the Group stages, with the quarterfinals scheduled in Kolkata between September 9 to 12. Anirudh Thapa scored one and assisted in the other, to do the star turn for Cfc in what was a game Cfc could not lose and Neroca had to win, to survive in Asia’s oldest football tournament.
Chennaiyin looked the better side throughout and definitely had the more quality fire-power at this stage of the tournament, to come through quite comfortably in the end, in what was a pressure game for them in front of a boisterous home crowd.
It helped Tomas Brdaric’s side that the goal came early.
