Urszula Luczak

I'm a senior producer with vast experience in managing long-term projects with CGI background - whether it's an animation feature, computer generated set dressing for theaters, a short animated movie or VFX for the movie. I used to work for Platige Image for almost 9 years. I started working at VFX Department where I was involved in movies such as "Essential Killing", "Melancholy" and "Uwiklanie". I was a production manager creating stereoscopic environments for spectacles such as "Polita" for Buffo Theatre and "Pilots" for Roma Theatre. I also produced animation movies for Qatar market: "Hero and the message" and "Heroes and the mission". One of my last projects was a feature animation movie co-produced by Platige Image called "Another Day of Life" that made a big impact on festivals where she was involved as production manager. I also produced one episode for 1st season animation anthology of short stories called "Love, Death and Robots" which got such good reviews that recently 4rth season is at works. After that period of time I moved to VFX industry and started working for Pixomondo Stuttgart. I took few steps back and took a role of coordinator on the movie called "Midway". Then I quickly moved up to an in-house VFX producer and then senior VFX producer managing on the way: HBO Max series "Raised by Wolves" and Neflix "Star Treck Discovery season 3". During my career I had a chance to work with big names in the movie industry such as Ridley Scott, David Fincher, Tim Miller, Lars Von Trier and on the Polish ground with Damian Nenow, Jerzy Skolimowski, Jacek Bromski and Janusz Jozefowicz. Recently my role changed, I took an offer from Pixomondo to be involved in resource management, planning ahead the projects, checking on internal resources, managing how to put all the projects puzzles together. I love working with passionate, creative people and be inspired by them. I make their life easier by managing all the logistics, timings, budgets and legal matters. I have the strong drive to create projects that are worth mentioning all over the world because of their unique story or visuals. I always dreamed of working for movie industry and my dream is becoming more and more real each year. I am a strategic planner, demanding a lot not only from my teams but in the first place from myself. Each year I add some new skill to my plate and I never stop learning - because learning new things is my key-driver in life.
