Mila commenced her career in the entertainment industry, booking print jobs and commercials. She attended acting workshops at Sydney's National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA), and took On Camera workshops at Screenwise taught by Australian actress Denise Roberts. In Los Angeles, she studied at the Sanford Meisner Center, The Acting Corps and Michelle Danner Studios.
After working on set, Mila became intrigued with the filmmaking process. She attended Los Angeles Valley College and graduated with Associate Degrees in Directing, Producing and Post production. She transferred to California State University, attaining her Film Television Degree, majoring in Screenwriting.
As a multi-faceted filmmaker, Mila has the ability to act, write, direct and produce. She has produced several short and feature length films. Recently she made her directorial debut with her award winning Conspiracy Sci-Fi Thriller featurette, The Rising. She has worked with several production companies in Los Angeles as a Film development Associate, assisting with script coverage/notes for multi million dollar budget projects.. She also provide marketing strategies, branding and script consultation for independent to studio level projects.
