Nora Romness

Nora Romness may have been born in New Mexico, but she grew up on a homestead in the foothills of the Denali National Park in Alaska. After moving to MN in 2005 for college (majoring in psychology), she did not pursue her acting bug until a classmate cast her in a one-act play performed on stage at their campus (Hamline University). She liked the experience, but did not pursue anything related to acting until she was at the movies a couple of years later and saw an info box for a local acting/modeling school. Deciding to take a chance, she auditioned, was accepted, took some classes, and has been pursuing her love of acting and working on film crews ever since (in the meantime finishing a graduate degree and raising her son). She also has a passion for and has taken several classes in dance (ballroom, modern, Alaska Native) and has a willingness to sing although she has no formal training in such. She has appeared in several independent films, and loves being on set!
