Born in Geneva in 1969, Nicolas Burlet first obtained a degree in engineering, then went on to study at university, graduating with a Master's degree in political science, a Master's degree in economics with a specialization in business management, and a Master's degree in communication and media science. In 1999, he founded and managed a company in the commercial field. A childhood film buff and friend of director Zoltán Horváth, he joined forces with Horváth in 2001 and founded Nadasdy Film alongside his other professional activities. Since the beginning of 2008, he has devoted himself entirely to producing and developing Nadasdy Film.
