Fans of Five Nights at Freddy's have many ways to watch the video game adaptation. The film stars Josh Hutcherson as Mike Schmidt, a lowly security guard who learns the terrifying truth about Freddy Fazbear's Pizza after accepting a job there. The wait to see Five Nights at Freddy's and change over with the studios developing it appears to have worked out in the movie's favor, as Blumhouse Studios, known for delivering perennial horror hits, spearheaded development.
Blumhouse's involvement in Five Nights at Freddy's included bringing Universal Pictures aboard the production for distribution. The relatively modest-budgeted video game movie ended up being a major box office success, grossing $291 million (via Box Office Mojo). This is all thanks to Universal and Blumhouse utilizing an effective release strategy and the film being a big hit on social media platforms like TikTok. Now fans can watch Five Nights at Freddy's at home on streaming.

Best original song Oscar contenders Beyoncé and Van Morrison are among those who received nominations in the visual media categories at the Hollywood Music in Media Awards (Hmma). Composers Hans Zimmer and Nicholas Britell were included among the familiar names picking up nods in the score categories.
The awards will be presented Nov. 17. The HMMAs honor composers, songwriters, and music supervisors for their work in music for film, television, and videogames.
Nominations here have historically been a harbinger or guide for what nominees and winners will pop up in the Golden Globes, Oscars, Grammys and Emmys that occur later in awards season, although there is a much wider field in the HMMAs, since there are separate divisions for sci-fi, animation, documentary and independent films in the score categories. The Hollywood Music in Media Awards will feature music performances, celebrity presenters, tributes to music industry icons, awards for composers, songwriters and...

It’s a missed opportunity, too, as Thanksgiving dinners are notoriously full of awkward conversations, unfortunate political debates with a crazy relative, and the like. So, it makes sense to focus a film on the holiday. What’s more, the non-family gathering version, where friends come together to celebrate, has just as much potential. Unfortunately, Friendsgiving is a real missed opportunity to craft something hilarious. There are sporadically amusing moments, but mostly, it’s a disappointment and a waste of a very solid cast. The movie is a comedy, centered around a Thanksgiving dinner/party. It’s been a tough year for Abby (Kat Dennings) and Molly (Malin Ackerman), with relationships coming to an end. Abby is looking forward to a laid-back Thanksgiving with her best friend,...
