Airdorf Games’ video game Faith: The Unholy Trinity is making the leap to the screen, Bloody Disgusting has exclusively learned, with a movie adaptation officially in the works.
Brandon Salisbury, the writer, and director of the highly anticipated documentary George A. Romero’s Resident Evil, has inked a deal with Airdorf Games, the creator of Faith: The Unholy Trinity video game, to bring the horror franchise to the big screen in what promises to be the first installment of a horror trilogy.
Salisbury is joined by Executive Producer Steve Barton, who executive produced the box office hit Terrifier 2. Additionally, George Demick and Airdorf Games, the original creators of Faith, will also serve as Executive Producers, with Airdorf taking on an advisory role to ensure the film stays true to the game’s vision.

They’ve unleashed the first wave of programming, indicating that the fest is going big for its tenth anniversary celebration with new premieres, virtual screenings, and exciting retro showings including the “Lost First Cut” of Brian Yuzna‘s Return of the Living Dead 3.

At the start of this month, we shared the news that Scream Factory will be giving director Kevin S. Tenney’s 1988 classic Night of the Demons a 4K Uhd release on October 3rd – and on that same day, they’ll also be bringing the 1994 sequel Night of the Demons 2 and the 1997 sequel Night of the Demons 3 to Blu-ray. We just didn’t know what extras would be featured on these discs, except for an hour-long special where Tenney interviews Night of the Demons 2 director Brian Trenchard-Smith.
