Blizzard Entertainment is having a lot to celebrate lately, and Overwatch 2 is celebrating with a month of special events, returning game modes, free rewards, and more. In honor of World of Warcraft's 20th anniversary, an impressive crossover event is coming to Overwatch 2, including special legendary skins for some of the popular characters. Additionally, Overwatch 2 is also having an anniversary to celebrate, with even more events coming to the game with past fan-favorite game modes rotating weekly for a month.

Celebrating 20 years of World of Warcraft is a pretty big deal, and as the most well known Mmorpg, it is no surprise that other games from the same company will hop into the party. The first-person shooter, Overwatch 2, will be spreading some of the excitement to its players with several special challenges that provide free in-game World of Warcraft-themed rewards, as well as some new character skins available in the shop.

Overwatch 2 is known for having some of the most iconic crossovers when it comes to Blizzard titles, and the newly-announced World of Warcraft collaboration should see its fans diving into the world of Overwatch. World of Warcraft is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary, and Blizzard isn't holding back on the festivities.

Confirmed by Blizzard, Frostmourne is making its way to Overwatch 2 alongside new skins and more for fans of both titles to enjoy. Four Overwatch 2 heroes will take on the appearance of some of the most iconic and well-known characters from the World of Warcraft lore, including Reinhardt, Zenyatta, Torbjrn and Widowmaker.

While walking the red carpet at the 2024 Emmy Awards on Sunday (Sept. 15), the 46-year-old actor was asked to share his secrets to staying and looking young.

Lamorne Morris has won the Emmy for best supporting actor in a limited series for his role in Fargo. This marks the first Emmy nomination and win for the actor, who rose to fame with his comedic role in New Girl.

While accepting his award for his performance as Deputy Witt Farr, Morris was incredulous at his major milestone. “Oh my gosh! Oh wow!,” he exclaimed. He began his speech by thanking God for “allowing me to be here.”

Animation! has announced the winners of its 2024 Mentorship Program designed specifically for Latin American female animation directors.

No one country was singled out, as projects from five countries took the honors.

“The global convergence of creativity in this year’s selection truly signifies the universal language of animated storytelling,” said Animation! manager Silvina Cornillón. “From the vibrant 3D animation of ‘Jaé, Natal! capturing the spirit of a tropical Christmas in Brazil to the enchanting 2D adventures of ‘Juno, Diario de una Bicicleta in Peru, each project brings a unique flavor to the world of animation.”

She added: “’La Tierra Prometida’ (‘The Promised Land’) from Argentina explores environmental themes through stop motion, while ‘Los Tesoros De Marta’ from Mexico, blending hybrid animation techniques, promises a delightful mix of fantasy and comedy.”

Such beaming came from Fargo creator Noah Hawley at the fifth season premiere of the FX series when we asked him if more seasons are in store beyond season 5 which debuts on Nov. 21.

“I’d be lying if I said this is not the most fun I have in my year making this show,” Hawley said.

“I haven’t run out of ways to tell these stories,” the creator of the six Primetime Emmy winning series told us last night, “Why wouldn’t I keep going?”
