Kandi Burruss is reacting to the rumors of a cast shakeup for the next season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta!

If you didn’t know, it was previously hinted that the Bravo series could be getting a full cast overhaul like The Real Housewives of New York City, or that it would continue with only a couple of the current Housewives.

Now, Kandi, who joined Rhoa in season two, has seemingly confirmed those rumors and even shared a little tease for what we could expect.

When The Real Housewives of Atlanta premiered in 2008, NeNe Leakes was the breakout star. Fans loved her real, yet over-the-top, reactions to the goings-on in the newly formed group. Nene was introduced to audiences in the premiere season of Rhoa in 2008 and immediately became a fan favorite for her brutally honest reads, and her ability to be humorous while shooting her signature rhetorical daggers at her opposing peach-carrying members in Atlanta. Audiences loved Nene's raw and uncut honesty and have felt a void in the Bravo universe since Nene finally left the series after Season 12.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast for season 16 is going to look very different, Et has learned.

“A major shakeup is coming to The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Before the women filmed their recent reunion, they were told that they should expect a big change with the franchise moving forward,” a source tells Et. “They hinted at a reboot like New York got, but it also could be moving forward with only a couple of the current stars. The cast is on edge about their future and has no idea where the network plans to go. Although their ratings are still strong, the network is listening to fans and their desire for a change.”

A second source, however, tells Et no decisions have been made and likely won’t be made until after the reunion airs.

As detailed on Crunchyroll, After-School Hanako-Kun, Lerche's first installment of its Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun "restart project", will hit Japan's airwaves on Oct. 12. This new series will consist of ten-minute episodes set to air over the course of four weeks. To commemorate the approaching debut, Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun creator Aidalro revealed a new piece of celebratory artwork, in addition to new character sketches of series' leads Hanako-kun and Nene Yashiro. NeNe Leakes' name has been buzzing a lot lately, primarily due to her recent interview with Carlos King on his podcast, Reality With the King. In part two of the interview, NeNe named who she believed to be the stars of the various Bravo Housewives franchises. She says there are no stars on the network's reality shows. But is her assessment accurate? While Nene appears to be disgruntled, some agree with her assertion. Others say she's a hater. Taking a look at the current lineup, specifically of Atlanta and Potomac, they may not be the queen bees, but the cast definitely brings the drama and have their swarm of fans.

While gay and lesbian relationships have become more and more common in mainstream media in the last couple of years, manga has featured sexual and gender-diverse characters for decades. Since this genre pioneered LGBTQ+ love stories, some of the best lesbian romances out there come from yuri. After appearing in eleven seasons, NeNe's relationship with the show and network soured when, in 2022, she accused Bravo, NBCUniversal, and the production team for violating federal employment and anti-discrimination laws.
