Juan Carlos Fanconi, Swiss/Honduran Filmmaker and Executive Producer, living in Lugano, Switzerland. Born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras (1979) from a native Swiss-Family of Poschiavo, Canton of Grisons; He speaks four languages: English, Italian, Spanish and French; In March 2017 he released his third film, A Place in the Caribbean, represented by Shoreline Entertainment from Los Angeles, CA, reaching a wide international audience around the world, distributed in well-known television networks such as HBO, Cinemax and Amazon Prime. At his 19 years old, wrote and directed his first movie, "Midnight Souls". In 2002, the movie was released in local movie theaters with great success. Between 2004 and 2011 he created and directed 5 television shows. In 2012, Juan Carlos Fanconi released his second feature film "El Xendra" winning an Award in the Boston Science Fiction Film Festival. He is working on his new Tv series Clans (8 episodes) represented by Célestes Images SA (Pope Francis: A Man of His Word 2018).
