Mumbai, April 7 (Ians) ‘Balika Vadhu’ actress Neha Marda has been blessed with a baby girl although it was a premature delivery. Her pictures with the baby are going viral on social media.

Neha was hospitalised due to pregnancy related complications and recently her team had also shared her health status on social media, which mentioned that she is in her last stage of pregnancy and “waiting for her speedy recovery”.

The post read: “Waiting for a speedy recovery at this last phase of her pregnancy journey… She has all faith on that one power. Shri Shivay Namstyuvhyam.”

Now, she has delivered a baby girl and is still under observation at the hospital. Her baby is also being examined properly and with utmost care.

Neha had tied the knot with Patna-based businessman Ayushman Agarwal in February 2012, and announced her pregnancy last year. She was keeping well initially but complications arose at a later stage.

Mumbai, Jan 11 (Ians) Actress Neha Marda says gluten-free food and intermittent fasting have worked wonders for her physique. She used the lockdown period to strengthen her immunity and also work on herself.

"I always wanted to be fit and have toned body, my agenda is not just to lose weight but to gain right amount of muscle and not to have extra body fat which keep popping out," said Neha.

"Every individual has a different body type and things work out differently for them, be it diet or fitness regime. It is intermittent fasting and gluten-free food that worked for me to achieve my fitness goals," she added.

She admits not being a a huge fan of gyms.

"I personally don't use the gym, but that doesn't mean I'm advising not to go to the gym. I believe that gym workouts are meant to tighten up the muscles but it doesn't last long.

Mumbai, Nov 30 (Ians) Actress Neha Marda says playing a mother in a TV show has brought alive her maternal instinct.

The show titled "Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti" depicts the world of two kids, Rishu and Roli, as they team up to rekindle the love between their mom and dad.

Mumbai, Feb 25: Small screen actress Neha Marda, who plays Urmi in TV show "Doli Armaanon Ki", met with an accident Tuesday morning while driving to the sets of the show. She suffered minor scratches.

She was driving the car, which is badly damaged, and she was rescued by bystanders and police.

Neha had a narrow escape and doctors are examining her as they suspect internal injuries, said a statement.

However, Neha has refused to skip the shoot as she does not want the production house to face any inconvenience.

Mumbai, Dec 3: TV actress Neha Marda, who rose to fame as Gehna in popular daily soap "Balika Vadhu", returns as small town girl Urmi with "Doli Armaano Ki". She is happy to get into a character she can identify with.

In "Balika Vadhu" too, her character was of a teenage girl, but matured and different as she played someone who is forced to marry a middle-aged man.

But "Doli Armaano Ki" is about Urmi, a young girl who enters the institution of marriage with hope and dreams in her eyes.
