'Botched' Plastic Surgeons Confirm Rajee Narinesingh Will Return for a Third Time (Exclusive)
It's that time of year again — for Botched to return to the small screen! Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif have definitely worked with some unforgettable patients over the last four seasons — one in particular being transgender patient Rajee Narinesingh. She first appeared on the series hoping the E! stars could help remove cement injections from her face, breasts, and hips — and Life & Style can exclusively reveal that the "Shake My Cement T--ts" singer will return for yet another cameo this season! The Botched doctors are almost back, and they say things are more challenging than ever.

Season 3 of the E! show, which premieres Tuesday, features a number of patients Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif turned away in earlier seasons, saying the procedures they were requesting were too dangerous. But some of those patients went elsewhere for treatment – and are now suffering, say the doctors.

"Some of those who chose to ignore our advice actually now have disasters. Real, significant disasters," Dubrow, 57, tells People. "You're going to see people we turned down, went elsewhere and they're back and they are really disabled.

Botched: Tiffany 'New York' Pollard's Boob Job Will Give You Nightmares
Terry J. Dubrow and Paul Nassif in Botched (2014)
Drs. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow are back! Botched returned with a jam-packed premiere on Tuesday that featured Flavor of Love's Tiffany ''New York'' Pollard.

Post-surgery, her breasts dangled down to her belly button.

Pollard met with the doctors, who thankfully knew just what to do and decided to throw in a little nose surgery as well,...
