Now, thanks to Lionsgate and Suretone Pictures, we have the first trailer for the film adaptation, titled Do Not Enter, which is directed by Marc Klasfeld in his feature debut.

The streamer released the official trailer for season two of My Life With the Walter Boys on Tuesday teasing the love triangle between Jackie Howard and brothers Cole and Alex heating up.

After leaving Silver Falls following Alex (Ashby Gentry) confessing that he loved her and her kiss with Cole (Noah Lalonde) at the end of the first season, Jackie (Nikki Rodriguez) spent the summer in New York City trying to run from her past. But after Walter family matriarch Katherine (Sarah Rafferty) convinces her to return to Colorado, Jackie decides to go back but wants to make amends with Alex and set boundaries with Cole while finding her place once again within the Walter family.

However, fitting back in won’t be so easy for Jackie especially given that Alex is focused on training for a risky rodeo event while getting some new attention.

David Morrell’s bestseller Creepers gets the big screen treatment with Do Not Enter, which just released its first trailer. The first-look video shows an investigation inside an abandoned hotel as a voiceover says, “A powerful secret has been shared with me. What must be done, must be done.”

Exclusive: Chad Rook has joined Netflix’s My Life with the Walter Boys as a recurring guest star for Season 3, Deadline has learned.

The actor will appear in at least four episodes of the third season, which begins filming in Calgary soon, Deadline understands. Details about his character are not yet available. Netflix declined to comment.

Netflix’s My Life with the Walter Boys series creator, showrunner, and executive producer Melanie Halsall describes season two of the coming-of-age series as bigger and better than the first. “We’ve got massive set pieces in each episode, and the stories are more intricate. We found our feet with our characters, [and] the actors really understand their characters now,” offered Halsall in an interview with Tudum. “When I was coming back, I was excited to start shooting again because I knew we had great stories to tell.”

The Vampire Diaries is one of the best and most iconic teen drama fantasy series and it captured the hearts and minds of its audience for over eight years during its eight-season run. Developed by Kevin Williamson and Julie Plec, the teen fantasy horror drama series is based on the book series of the same name by author L.J. Smith and it follows Elena, who faces high school after just having lost her parents, and on her first day back she sees Stefan a brooding guy in a black jacket who is hiding a lot of things, for instance, his brother Damon and the fact that both of them are vampires. Review: Mario Van Peebles is in the enviable position of being a writer, director and actor who can make the kinds of movies he wants with the people he wants. He was able to gain recognition on his own merit, outside of his father’s work, as he appeared in films like Heartbreak Ridge with Clint Eastwood, Ali with Will Smith, as well as cult classics like Gunmen which co-stars Christopher Lambert. He would work with him again in Lambert’s franchise sequel, Highlander: The Final Dimension. Plus, Van Peebles would gain acclaim as a director with the films he’s pulled double duty on — such titles as New Jack City...

If Sergio Leone had ever signed on to make one of those ‘70s Blaxploitation oaters that once provided steady employment for Fred Williamson, it likely would have looked and sounded much like “Outlaw Posse,” a wildly uneven but cumulatively entertaining shoot-‘em-up that finds Mario Van Peebles doing triple duty as director, screenwriter and star. Quadruple duty, actually, if you count his credit as an executive producer.

“Outlaw Posse” has nothing to do with Van Peebles’ previous entry in this genre, 1993’s wild and woolly “Posse,” which suggests the multitasking filmmaker is tipping his Stetson to the multitude of ‘60s Spaghetti Westerns that, ahem, borrowed titles and eponymous characters from better known yet totally unrelated horse operas. But, then again, maybe not. Indeed, the film will probably be enjoyed most by folks not given to undue consideration of such trifling matters as lineage, logic and arrant anachronisms.

There have been some fascinating genre mash-ups in recent years, films which seem "normal" but turn into horror, sci-fi, comedy, or any number of genres and subgenres. In fact, it seems like audiences may be growing tired of single-genre films, like straight-up dramas and strictly sci-fi films. A romanticized crime thriller with deep currents of dark comedy, Welcome to Redville flirts with horror and philosophy as it tells an existentialist tale of two criminals on the run who can't escape the ramifications of their actions and bad behavior.
