Tasha graduated from University of South Wales with a BA Hons in Scriptwriting; whilst at university she did freelance work as a Producer on small media projects and acted in several theatre pieces. After graduation she began working at GlobalWatch Films as an Associate Producer and Writer, gaining her first commission for the feature film An Island Apart.
