Rolling Stone can exclusively reveal the lineup for the Phoenix fest’s second edition, scheduled for Nov. 8 and 9, at the Wild Horse Pass Festivalgrounds, featuring performances by the likes of Netón Vega, Los Tucanes de Tijuana, and Xavi.

"I get way more scared and embarrassed having to talk about my personal life in interviews than saying it in a song," Prince Royce admits during an interview in Los Angeles for his new album, "Llamada Perdida," which dropped Friday. With a decade-plus career that has generally been free of controversy, the Dominican American bachata artist and pop star is wearing his heart on his sleeve in his first LP since a very public divorce. Colombian supergroup Piso 21, multiplatinum rapper Kyle and Latin singer Chesca have joined the lineup of performers who will take the stage at LA3C, Penske Media Corporation’s inaugural culture and creativity festival.

LA3C — which stands for Los Angeles (LA), the Capital of Culture & Creativity (3C) — aims to celebrate the city’s diversity and its creative communities and to connect people through some of the most influential and inspiring music, food and art in the city. The two-day event takes place Dec. 10-11 at the Los Angeles State Historic Park in downtown L.A.

LA3C, Penske Media’s inaugural culture and creativity festival, on Thursday unveiled the full lineup of performers for the two-day event, which takes place Dec. 10-11 at the Los Angeles State Historic Park in downtown L.A.

Newly announced mainstage performers include Free Nationals, Gerardo Ortiz, Fonseca, Marc Seguí, Shawn Wasabi, Monogem, Shea Diamond and Chicocurlyhead.

As previously announced, three-time Grammy-winning superstar Megan Thee Stallion and Latin chart-topper Maluma will headline the festival, with performances by K-pop group Seventeen and rapper Snoop Dogg. Stallion will take the stage Dec. 10, while Maluma will headline Dec. 11.

On Tuesday, the FBI arrested two música Mexicana record label executives for doing business with a concert promoter with alleged ties to Mexican drug cartels in 2018.

Angel Del Villar, CEO of Del Records, and Luis Scalisi, CFO of subsidiary Del Entertainment, were arrested and later released on bail for allegedly conspiring to violate the Kingpin Act, which prohibits Americans from conducting business with foreign narcotics traffickers.
