Ukrainian independent film-maker, known worldwide not only as one of the most enthusiastic amateur film-makers, grown to more serious work in Ukraine, but also as a co-founder (with Anna Dji) of Irpen Film Festival, one of the most known independent film festivals in Ukraine, the concept of which:
