Hollywood A-lister Al Pacino became the first movie star to meet with Pope Leo Xiv.
The 85-year-old had an audience with the new American pope, elected after the death of Pope Francis, at the Vatican on Monday. According to reports in Italy, Pacino arrived in Rome by private jet from New York City over the weekend.

Per intel sent by the producers Thursday in Cannes, the second and “final phase” of filming will start in Rome in June, and the filmmakers are eyeing a fall debut. Maserati: The Brothers chronicles the rise of the Maserati family and their legacy in the world of automotive innovation.
Pacino will portray businessman Vincenzo Vaccaro, a champion of Maserati family and an early investor in the auto dynasty. In the biopic, produced by Andrea Iervolino, Pacino and newly cast actors Gina La Piana and Tatiana Luter join previously announced cast of Anthony Hopkins, Andy Garcia, Jessica Alba, Michele Morrone and Salvatore Esposito.

It's been several months since we've gotten an update on Surrounded from Gabriele Albanesi Productions, but with the European Film Market looming, a new poster and trailer for the film have arrived.
Surrounded is written and directed by Laura Girolami and Federico Patrizi and produced by Gabriele Albanesi (The Last House in the Woods, Ubaldo Terzani Horror Show). It stars Tatiana Luter, Daniel Baldock, and Emanuela Birocchi.
Minerva Pictures will present the film during the Efm in Berlin, which kicks off later this week.
