10 Best Pro Heroes at the End of Mha, Ranked
Image
In My Hero Academia, the term "Pro Hero" refers to individuals who utilize their Quirks to protect civilians from villains, natural disasters, and other threats. Most Pro Heroes are brave individuals who have mastered their Quirks, but a ranking system is in place to determine the best among them. The Top 10 remained virtually unchanged for the majority of Mha's story, but the latest manga chapter, which is set after an eight-year timeskip, revealed a Top 10 list that looks very different.

Many of the current Top 10 Pro Heroes are seasoned veterans with countless battles under their belts, but many of the best Heroes also come from a new generation that trained together at U.A. High School. Most My Hero Academia fans would assume that Deku and Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight would be battling over the top spot, but neither of them are in the Top 10.

15 Anime Like Lord of the Rings to Watch Before War of the Rohirrim
Image
There are some classics so renowned that they serve as the foundation of a new genre. The Lord of the Rings is certainly one of those series, and it's not surprising that Tolkien's seminal works have inspired countless high-fantasy adventure stories. At times, Tolkienism has been to the fantasy genre's detriment. Too often, high-fantasy stories feature familiar medieval settings, royalty, dwarves, and dragons. Fantasy has the potential to be a lot more creative, but even so, the Tolkien framework has produced many excellent series.

A fantasy world populated by monstrous creatures and magical forces, a long, arduous quest across treacherous and beautiful landscapes, themes of loyalty and love, and battles with truly high stakes: all these things ensure that this genre remains excellent entertainment. Tolkien fans looking for adventure will find that the anime medium is rife with stories that fit the bill.

Most Complex Shonen Heroes, Ranked
Image
Shonen anime heroes are as plentiful as they are similar. They are usually underdogs who come into great power and become the very best in their respective fields. However, some shonen heroes have a lot more depth to them than those with the traditional trope.

The most complex shonen heroes are more than just underdogs or characters with immense power. They have emotional trauma or complicated relationships with the people around them. They may even have dark pasts from which they are trying to escape. Some have even failed to be heroes in the past. Whatever the reason is, these shonen heroes are more than the sum of their parts.

Anime's Best Overpowered Side Characters, Ranked
Image
Overpowered characters in anime are nothing new. Many of today’s protagonists seem to have unlimited powers that inexplicably grow throughout the series. However, protagonists aren’t the only ones plagued by the overpowered trope. Side characters can be just as guilty for being far too strong to make any logical sense.

The most overpowered side characters aren’t necessarily stronger than their protagonists, but they often are. They typically work to show how much farther a growing protagonist needs to improve to be a success. Overpowered side characters are heavily featured in action, but tend to come in at the end of battles or only for incredibly tough villains since their strength is what’s needed to finish the job. As anime characters continue to get stronger across the board, these characters have set themselves apart as some of the most overpowered side characters in anime.
