Prepare to meet more tiny heroes with huge dramas in a new season of A Real Bug’s Life, the Disney+ Original series from National Geographic, is crawling back onto your screens. Narrated by Awkwafina, season two dives even deeper into the weird, wild and wonderful world of bugs, and proves that a real bug’s life is just as dramatic as their animated Pixar counterparts.

Apple TV Plus is releasing three new documentary series this fall, each of which examines the world through a different perspective.

“Tiny World,” narrated by Paul Rudd, premieres its first six episodes the streaming platform on Oct. 2. The nature series aims to look at the world “through the eyes of the tiniest creatures and witness the extraordinary things they do to survive.” Produced by Plimsoll Productions, the documentary series was written and executive produced by Tom Hugh Jones. Dr. Martha Holmes and Grant Mansfield executive produced the series on behalf of Plimsoll.

“Becoming You,” narrated by Olivia Colman, premieres its first half dozen episodes on Nov. 13. The series looks at how a child’s first 2,000 days shape the rest of their lives.

Exclusive: Bear Grylls (Running Wild With Bear Grylls) has been tapped as host of National Geographic Channel’s upcoming docuseries Hostile Planet (working title), from Oscar-winning cinematographer and director Guillermo Navarro (Pan’s Labyrinth), Emmy-nominated producer Martha Holmes (The Blue Planet) and Emmy winner Tom Hugh-Jones (Planet Earth II).

Produced by Plimsoll Productions, Hostile Planet (wt) draws attention to the most extraordinary – almost supernatural – accounts of animals that have conformed to the cruelest evolutionary curveballs. Each episode characterizes one the planet’s roughest environments – including jungles, mountains, deserts, oceans, the Poles and grasslands – and how each of its inhabitants acclimate to its turn of events. This is far more a suspense thriller than a horror film but Anna is 100percent engaging just the same. Its easy to find yourself totally wrapped up in a magnetic narrative loaded with enough twists to keep viewers guessing time and again. It may seem that this one is rather predictable but thats an initial belief that is pretty much wiped away by the time weve made it into the third act. The conclusion offers a couple looks most will not see coming. The unpredictability of the pic is damn refreshing especially since writers Guy Holmes and Martha Holmes are slick enough to make us believe we know exactly whats going on when in truth were relatively far off.

Generally speaking, thriller/horror movies centered on kids usually prescribe to the idea that the kid is either possessed by demons or is the devil reborn and everything about the marketing for Jorge Dorado's English language debut screams typical but truth is that Anna refuses to fit into the mold.

Written by Guy and Martha Holmes, Anna stars Taissa Farmiga as the titular character, a troubled teenage girl whose parents are preparing to institutionalize her because of her erratic behaviour. As a last ditch effort to avoid locking up her daughter in the loony bin, Michelle (Saskia Reeves) hires a new breed of help: mind detectives, individuals with heightened Esp abilities who, with a bit of help, can enter individual's minds and sift through their memories.

What I do like about this poster is that the actor names actually line up with the actor's faces. It's truly annoying when they try observe casting order but design the poster with the names unmatched. In Mindscape, a man who has the ability to enter peoples' memories, takes on the case of a brilliant, troubled sixteen-year-old girl in order to find out if she's a socioppath of a victim of trauma. Grant Mansfield will serve as Chief Executive, with Gavin Henderson as creative director, Martha Holmes as executive producer (Wildlife), Kate Beetham as executive producer (Factual) and Christine Owen as managing director. All will report directly to Mansfield. Mansfield most recently served as CEO of Los Angeles-based Zodiak USA where he executive produced Secret Millionaire, Celebrity Wife Swap, Hardcore Pawn and Killer Karaoke. Mark Strong, Brian Cox, and Taissa Farmiga have joined the cast of Mindscape, the feature directorial debut of Spanish filmmaker Jorge Dorado.

The story centers on a man who has the unique ability to enter a person's mind. He examines a young girl to determine if she is a highly intellectual sociopath, or just a misguided teenager. No character details were given for any of the new cast members.

Guy Holmes and Martha Holmes wrote the screenplay, with Jaume Collet-Serra, Juan Sola and Peter Safran producing. The project is the first to come out of a deal between Jaume Collet-Serra's Ombra Films and StudioCanal, which will finance and handle international sales.

Principal photography started today. Jorge Dorado is best known directing a segment of the 2007 anthology Limonchello, and his 2005 short La Guerra.

Mindscape comes to theaters in 2013 and stars Mark Strong, Taissa Farmiga, Brian Cox.
