Denis Halligan is an award winning Actor, Director and Writer, from Armagh, Northern Ireland. After leaving school he studied Law at The University of Ulster, but left to pursue a Higher National Diploma in Performing Arts, at Belfast Metropolitan College.
Denis made his big screen debut alongside Colm Meany in 'A Belfast Story', and since then has become a regular fixture on the TV, Theatre and Short Film circuit in Ireland.
Known for his work on high profile music videos, Denis has starred alongside Pop Icons Sandie Shaw and Neil Davidge (Massive Attack) as well as rock legends 'The Answer'.
His Writing and Directing work has also gained him critical acclaim, as well as various awards - including Best Film at Screen Stockport International Film Festival in 2014, for his directorial debut 'An AcTOR Prepares'.
