American Actress, Producer, and Writer born in Adrian, Michigan, to
parents Orlando and Catherine Russell. Early in life, Julie's family
moved to Ann Arbor Michigan where Julie grew up and eventually
developed her love for the performing arts. Now pursuing a professional
career in film and television Julie has placed no limitations on her
self. With her dreams and goals in mind Julie started her own
independent film company gracefully titled Morton DeWalt Pictures in
which she named after her beloved grandparents Mr. Eddie Morton .Jr and
Mrs. Lilly B (DeWalt) Morton. Whom she credits for being her greatest
inspiration
