A 13-year old director from Japan has sold his movie The Catcher on the Shore to a distributor who will put it in theaters all over China. Ryugo Nakamura was in junior high when he made the film about a boy who tries to stop his family's last goat from being slaughtered. It attracted 50,000 moviegoers while showing in his hometown of Okinawa, Japan. In addition to Asian territories, the movie also screened at a film festival in Toronto, Canada. Pretty inspiring!
