Rob Asaro is a comedian, actor, and writer based in New York City and Los Angeles. He recently filmed a pilot episode for his project Lost Again, which was a finalist in the Austin Film Festival pitch competition and previously staged as a play at The Tank Theater in 2022. His ensemble piece Night at the Diner also premiered at The Tank in 2023.
A graduate of Emerson College, Rob has toured with live shows across the U.S. and Canada and performed at venues like the People's Improv Theater, Caroline's, and Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. He has trained extensively with UCB, Second City, The Barrow Group, and more. Rob's film and stage work has been featured in festivals nationwide, and he has produced several web series, including Yellow Brick Hell and Serious Business.
Rob also teaches comedy and screenwriting for Montclair Film and continues to create original TV series, films, and stage productions.
