Im Si Wan broke hearts in Squid Game Season 3, but he has earned praise long before that. He began his journey in the world of entertainment as a member of the K-pop group Ze:a. His acting journey spans the roles of a historical king, an office underdog, an individual trapped in a dystopian setting, and more. From psychological thrillers to emotional romances, he has delivered memorable performances that have made him a fan-favourite actor. Here are his top five dramas, all highly rated on IMDb. Each role shows why he remains a versatile star in Korean television.

Kang Ha-neul
Trailer: Endless Rain by Jo Jin-mo
Kang Ha-neul
Kang Ha-neul and Chun Woo-hee are easily among my favourite young Korean actors whose projects are often looked forward to with keen anticipation. Thus, when “Endless Rain” was announced, a project that would bring both of them together and that too in a romance (a genre that both don’t often dabble in), it shot itself high among my most anticipated films this year. Now, we finally have a first trailer for it.

Synopsis

A love story between a man and a woman who have yearned for each other for a long time but could not meet due to certain circumstances.

In addition to the two, “Endless Rain” also stars Kang So-ra (“Sunny”) and Woo Jung-won, who was also seen in the Kang Ha-neul starring K-Drama “When the Camellia Blooms”. It is expected to release in South Korea on April 28th, 2021.
