Dave Vitalli
- Actor
Dave Vitalli started acting and his formal acting training at a very young age 8.
His first role was a recurring role on Hill Street Blues. As Dave got older, he decided to pursue his music career since he was vocally trained by his mother (Dolores Vitola) and started performing before he was 10 years old. He was the original singer of Skid Row but because of his age, he did not go (Dave was 16 at the time). He started a band called Enforcer and was able to go on a North East tour opening for Poison. After realizing at a very young age what is was like on the road, he decided to go another direction with his life
Dave went to join the United State Marine Corps and was approached and recruited to work for a different Government Agency again to do the best for his Country. After leaving, Dave started a "Military Operational Private Security Force". It is a type of Force that can be utilized by Local, State, and Federal Authorities to Militaries and also the Private Sector. So that is exactly what he did. Now, 20 years later they work all over the globe.
Before starting this Security Force, he had to take 2 years off in his preparations of Vortek International to help take care of his dying gay half-brother (who lost his battle with AIDS in the 1990's). Dave risked all flying to Europe meeting with Doctors & Specialists to learn as much as he possibly could about this dilapidating disease and then smuggling in medications that were not yet legal in the United States (known as the cocktail). If you ask Dave about this, you will get a very simple answer, "Sometimes you have to do a little wrong for the greater good".
After his International Agency had taken off, he decided to get back into his acting career in 2000. He was cast in within less than 1 year in: TV Roles: NYPD Blue Third Watch Sopranos Queen Latifa Show
FILM Roles: MIB 2 Interstate 84 Shield Greed One Big Mess End Zone
Before the filming of MIB2 and Third Watch started we had the 9/11 Attacks. Dave again had put his acting career on hold to do his part in the Search & Rescue effort for survivors of this terrorist attack.

Again, Dave had to put his acting career on hold to do what was best for our Country and spent the next 6 years as a contracted Government / Military Operator doing everything from hunting down terrorists to covert and undercover operations again honing his skills as an actor being able to play any role when his life was one the line.
Now that he is married (since 2006) and is now retired from being an operator he has decided to get back to his career of acting.
Dave was immediately cast by NBC for the Maury Show
Dave was the recurring lead talent and co-host for the #1 rated talk shows in the country (Maury Show) for NBC Universal. Dave is also the one who does all of the "Special Operations" to find out the truth of what is going on in people's relationships by any means necessary. He decided to leave the show in 2012 to pursue other options.
He was then immediately picked up again by VIACOM / SHED MEDIA / CMT
Vitalli's brand of "tough love" won't be found in any textbook. His own troubled childhood is a driving force for me to help teens in need. MY DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILY on CMT takes Vitalli cross-country to such cities as Gulf Shores, Alabama; Camp Verde, Arizona; Rossville, Georgia; and Covington, Louisiana, where he helps families deal with complex issues ranging from addiction to abandonment. In each episode, Dave works with a new family and a new set of issues. Armed with lie detectors, drug-sniffing dogs, and other surprise tactics, His commitment, and sometimes controversial tactics give these struggling families hope for a fresh start.
While filming MDF, Dave's son was born and he decided to take so time off to spend it with his family. During his time off, Dave Founded the AngelWatch Foundation which is a National Accreditation Program for the Safety & Security of Children and is now partnered with the American Red Cross.
Dave has the experience and the know-how to become the new face in TV and Film. He knows what it takes to make a role work and knows what the commitment is to do so.
He is SAG/AFTRA and ready and willing to make your role for him a success.
