Today, the upcoming anime adaptation of the dark fantasy light novel series announced three new additions to its cast. To commemorate the upcoming release of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle movie, the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime series will participate in the traditional summer festival "Awa Odori" held in Tokushima Prefecture from August 11 to August 15. The Rising of The Shield Hero anime will return for its fourth season in July. Kadokawa announced new cast members and released a fresh visual for the season. Among the newcomers are Takeo Ōtsuka as Werner and Jirō Saitō as Jaralis. The season will also feature an event called ‘Shield Fes’ in Tokyo on June 15, where fans can see the cast and musicians live.

So far, the staff hasn’t shared details about which cast and staff members will be returning for season four. However, we do know that Kaito Ishikawa (Naofumi), Asami Seto (Raphtalia), Rina Hidaka (Filo), Natsuko Hara (Rishia), Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Ren), and Makoto Takahashi (Motoyasu) will be at the event.

The release date for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle Arc will be officially announced on March 1, 2025, at 7 p.m. Jst during a special event titled Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle Arc: Corps Assembly.

The event will be streamed for free on Aniplex’s official YouTube channel and will feature anime’s cast members, and fan-focused activities.
