Jamie is an LA Native, and he became one of the most well known American
professional bicycle racers of all time. After retiring from the sport,
Jamie studied filmmaking and theatre at UCLA and soon founded his own
commercial production company where he wrote and directed more than
fifty local and national ad campaigns. When the commercial actors went
on strike in 2000, Jamie began production on his first feature length
documentary film and never went back to the commercial world. He has
worked extensively as a writer/director in TV, theatre and film. Jamie
has also served as the Artistic Director of the Atwater Playhouse in
Los Angeles for 17 years. His latest feature film, Trickster, won 11 major awards in 7 countries.
