[on the death of her friend and So Awkward (2015) co-star Archie Lyndhurst] Dearest Archie, I'm still struggling to make sense of you no longer being here. And it's simply impossible to sum up glorious you with some words and pictures. We were only at the start of our friendship. I hoped it to be long and special, but it seems there was a different plan. The week before I started working on So Awkward, you messaged me out of the blue, we'd never met, and at this point I was scared about my new job. You didn't need to- but you went out of your way to make me feel welcome and a part of your amazing family. I've been thinking about that a lot the past few days, about the first time you walked into my apartment and scared me shitless like the minx you are- letting me know that my time with you lot was going to be fun, carefree and special. You never failed to bring light and laughter into every room you were in. And even now I can't think of you without smiling somehow.

That's what you did for people- you made them smile Archie Lyndhurst from ear to ear. You are generous, you are kind, you are insanely talented and driven and you continually went out of your way to make others happy. Quite simply you are exceptional. Watching you work on set was an honour and a joy- and one I will miss dearly. I wish I could do more, I wish I could say more- I wish I could magic more time. I promise you I'll do my very best to do my classic Mama Em job and take care of our little Awkward family. I know you'd want that- you loved them more than words. Now rest in power and peace you sweet sweet boy. You are so loved.
