As the daughter of opera singer Susanne Schubert, Sophia spent much of her childhood in theaters and opera houses in Hamburg, Amsterdam, and London - where she also graduated from Marymount International School with a degree in Drama. She further honed her skills with private lessons from Alexander Clifton at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Sophia loves roles that allow her to delve into all facets of the human experience and powerfully reflect life back to the audience. Her career spans a diverse range of roles in film and television productions, from a double agent in "Die Pfefferkörner" to a mother in "Stralsund" or the forensic pathologist Miriam Bender in "Unter anderen Umständen".
