Wren Witting first began doing makeup on her high school theatre's production of Harvey and was hooked right from the start.
Wren attended Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Theatre. She began her freelance career while still in school, designing makeup and costumes for the Asante Children's Theatre and the Phoenix Theatre. After graduation, Wren became the Costume Shop Manager at Anderson University.
During her time at Anderson, Wren still found time to freelance, working with the Butler University Lyric Theatre, Ball State University, DePaul University, Cardinal Stage, Avant Garb, and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.
In 2012, Wren relocated to Los Angeles where she completed the Master Makeup Artistry program at the Makeup Designory and now works as a freelance makeup artist for film, television, and print media.
