October 2024 marks the 10th anniversary of the Yuki Yuna Is A Hero anime, and fans have a lot of great stuff coming their way to celebrate. The biggest news, at least for now, is that the first season of the anime will be adapted into a stage play! A stalker has been arrested after the Attack on Titan Japanese-language voice actor for Mikasa, Yui Ishikawa, reported him to the police following death threats.
Jiji reported on Dec. 25, 2023, that the 25-year-old man, Fukuta Kishimoto from Kyoto, was arrested and charged with intimidation after directing a death threat toward Ishikawa. He had posted the message "I'll s*ab her with a knife and k*ll her" in November and was arrested the same month. He has now confessed to the charge. The threat was identified after Ishikawa's agency discovered the post online.

Japanese actor Yui Itō, best known for portraying Sakura Haruno in Live Spectacle Naruto: Song of the Akatsuki, reportedly came close to an alarming encounter with a troubling individual at Jump Festa 2024.
Shared by social media X (formerly Twitter) user @/uchihassasusaku, Itō uploaded an Instagram story of her talking about being chased at this year's Jump Festa convention. Itō was there for a talk event regarding the live-action Naruto stage play, along with Masaki Nakao who played Naruto Uzumaki. Based on the translation, security footage didn't capture the incident, causing Itō to fall asleep crying with feelings of frustration and depression. The Instagram image of the bamboo forest was uploaded to calm her nerves.
