The PGA Tour and its production partner Pro Shop are planning a series of golfing competitions this year that they are calling the creator series, which will pit popular gold content creators against each other at events connected to Tour competitions.
The competitions will take place at The Players Championship in March, The Truist Championship in May, and at the Tour Championship in August, and will stream on the PGA Tour YouTube Channel, ESPN+, Peacock, and PGA Tour free streaming channels.
The PGA Tour and Pro Shop experimented with the idea last year with what they called The Creator Classic at the Tour Championship. The series will extend that idea farther.

Seeking to carve out a slice of Hollywood’s growing interest in golf and golf content, a new media and commerce startup called Pro Shop has raised nearly $20 million to expand the sport’s presence in the entertainment world.
Co-founded by Chad Mumm, the executive producer of Netflix’s Full Swing docuseries, and former Puck CEO Joe Przycki, Pro Shop has raised $19.25 million from lead investor Powerhouse Capital (The Athletic, Wondery), the PGA Tour, former CAA partner Jim Toth and EP Golf Ventures (a Jv between the PGA of America and Elysian Park Ventures), among others.

Latin music royal couple Rosalia and Rauw Alejandro are staying true to their word and releasing music together. On Monday, the pair announced that they’ll release a three-song bundle titled Rr later this month.
“RЯ,” the pair captioned the bundle’s cover art, along with its release date on March 24. The visual shows two painted intertwined Rs in front of a red background. The three songs set to be released are titled “Beso,” “Vampiros,” and “Promesa.”
Back in November, Rosalia spoke to Billboard about a future collaboration with her boyfriend.
