Per a press release, the next anime series from David Production, Onmyou Kaiten Re:Birth Verse,has officially picked up a July 2 release date on Fuji TV -- it will also stream the same day on Crunchyroll. The series is set to drop readers into a new isekai world and features a star-studded voice cast including Taihi Kimura (The Beginning After the End), Maaya Uchida (DanMachi) and Ryouhei Kimura (My Happy Marriage). Akumi Agitogi started the My Happy Marriage light novel series in 2019 and since then, it has become one of the most popular romance stories of this generation. As of the time of writing, there are nine volumes in print.

The series has been adapted into a manga, but also an anime series, which premiered on July 5, 2023. A live-action film was also released that year. The anime series’ second season ended on April 9, 2025 after some delays.

After 26 episodes, 13 in each season, My Happy Marriage fans can look forward to the future, as a new project has been confirmed.

The Rising of The Shield Hero anime will return for its fourth season in July. Kadokawa announced new cast members and released a fresh visual for the season. Among the newcomers are Takeo Ōtsuka as Werner and Jirō Saitō as Jaralis. The season will also feature an event called ‘Shield Fes’ in Tokyo on June 15, where fans can see the cast and musicians live.

So far, the staff hasn’t shared details about which cast and staff members will be returning for season four. Weekly Shonen Jump's Witch Watch anime series adaptation has dropped its latest trailer, revealing its release dates for both streaming and its North American theatrical premiere. The anime series' theme song by Yoasobi, known for their popular J-pop titles and anisongs like Oshi no Ko's "Idol," can also be heard in the new trailer.

Mainichi Broadcasting System (Mbs) released a new trailer for the upcoming anime adaptation of Weekly Shonen Jump manga Witch Watch, set to premiere on streaming on April 6, 2025. The anime's theme song, "Watch me!" by Yoasobi, and new poster art were also released. As previously announced, Mbs agreed a partnership with Adn, Aniplus, Tropics and Gkids to premiere the first three episodes and exclusive interviews in theaters under the name Witch Watch: Watch Party. The major success of Science Saru's Dandadan anime series has caused the original source material to soar to new readership heights; Shonen Jump's original and ongoing Dandadan has now doubled in manga circulation copies relative to its pre-anime total as it draws in numerous new franchise fans.
