Netflix has just dropped an extensive list of all its new and returning reality shows slated to be released soon, and after looking it over, we couldn’t help but notice that some of the streamer’s top real estate series are set to make a comeback.

When these real estate shows return later this year, fans can expect to see even more million-dollar listings and stunning home tours. And we can't forget the drama! The real estate agents might be experts at closing deals, but tension is bound to heat up at their respective brokerages.

Lavish oceanfront estates don’t sell themselves, so The Oppenheim Group’s Oc office is getting back to work. Selling the OCis returning for Season 4 on Nov. 12, which is sure to deliver plenty of drama and maybe even a few noseys.

In addition to returning cast members Jason Oppenheim, Alex Hall, Polly Brindle, Tyler Stanaland, Gio Helou, Austin Victoria, and Brandi Marshall, three new agents — Fiona Belle, Ashtyn Zerboni, and Kaylee Ricciardi — will be joining the property-pushing OGs at the office watercooler.

“A lot has changed in the real lives of those agents since Season 3, so it’s exciting to get back down there,” series creator Adam Divello told Tudum, teasing that “a lot of new faces” will be looking to prove themselves in the cutthroat world of Orange County real estate. “They are just crushing it down there.”

Sofía Vergara‘s Sandra Vergara has joined the cast of Netflix’s Selling Sunset Season 9. However, it is surprising given that the Vergara sister has little experience when it comes to real estate sales. According to RadarOnline, she obtained her California realtor license only on May 15, as per government records.

Joining the cast of the show means that Vergara is now part of the elite real estate brokers, The Oppenheim Group, who sell luxurious LA apartments in the show.
