Claim to Fame is a show with a wild set of celebrity revelations, but nothing beats Miguel, aka Raphael Curtis disclosure that his famous relative is none other than Oscar winner and legendary actor Jamie Lee Curtis. The popular reality competition challenges 12 celebrity relatives to live under one roof by hiding their identities to win the $100,000 prize. The series is hosted by brothers Kevin and Frankie Jonas, and contestants compete in challenges and form alliances to play DNA detective. They also have guess-offs at the end of each episode, which results in the elimination and revelation of the name of the famous relative to whom the contestant is related.

[Warning: The following post contains Major spoilers about Claim to Fame, Season 3 Episode 3, “A Wolf in Boy’s Clothing.”] Another contestant’s celebrity relative has been revealed on Claim to Fame, and it’s the one almost no one could see coming: As it turns out, Miguel’s full name is actually Raphael Curtis, and he is the nephew of Jamie Lee Curtis, and grandson of Tony Curtis and Christine Kaufmann. His celebrity relative was only identified after his team struggled in the telephone challenge, landing him in the guess-off, where he incorrectly guessed Dedrick’s celebrity relative was Little Richard. Before that, he’d successfully convinced everyone he was related to Antonio Banderas, leading to one member of the competition going home in last week’s double elimination. TV Insider caught up with Raphael Curtis aka Miguel to talk about his time on the season and to find out how he pulled off fooling the others for so long.

His clues were his celebrity relative was hus grandfather who was an actor with an Oscar. The lie was his grandfather so now the search is on for another relative.
