Gjee Wade II is an American Actor, SAG-AFTRA Member, Servicemember in the United States Navy, and former K9/SWAT Team Member. As an Actor, he has been apart of films released in Sweden, Mexico, U.S. and in the U.K. He is affiliated with SAG-AFTRA New Mexico.
Off a dirt road, and formed out of the "Muck". Wade II brings a level of aggression & intensity to each of his characters. Known for his ripped frame, and extensive tattoos . Wade II has made a name for himself in the Industry. Primarily cast as the Villain, due to his cold eyes, muscular physique, and imposing presence. His characteristics are on full display- As Killer Joe Sanders in Fatal Attraction and as Drug Baron Charles "Heavy" Stokes in Evidence of Innocence. Wade II showed the world a different side when he appeared on "Bert the Conqueror" with Talented stand up Comedian/ Host Bert Kreischer. Who referred to Gjee Wade II as 'The Manliest Man in the World' after riding Rip-Ride-Rockit with him at Universal Studios in Orlando.
Wade II has been on National TV several times for Commercials -(NFL, UFC, Pelaton, EA Sports, Amazon, FL Lottery, Hershey's,) and Television- ( AMC, NBC, FOX, Netflix ,Paramount+, BET, Travel Channel) and many more.( Most recently as Alo Kawiki in Magnum PI Season 5).After deciding to pursue acting with nothing but talent, determination and his quote "If you got IT, it don't matter." Wade II appeared in several independent films and showed his acting skills in a variety of roles. He booked his first major role as Drug Lord Neil Rene on the show FBI: Criminal Pursuit "Taken by Force." The show aired on May 13,2013 on Investigation Discovery (ID).
Wade II has always been involved and excelled in Combat Sports from a young age. Which would lay the blueprint of what he would become. As his Father- G. Wade was a Golden Gloves Boxer fighting out of Sanford, FL. Gjee spent a lot of time in the trenches of Sanford, FL and honed a lot of his boxing skills there. As he has a lot of family from his Father's side still there to this day.
Wade II grew up in Belle Glade, FL commonly referred to as "Muck City." One of the Tougest cities in the state. A rebellious teen living in a violent community, he often relied on his fighting skills to get the best of his peers, and sometimes even his Coaches.
He was a multi-sport athlete and excelled in football, boxing, wrestling, basketball and weightlifting. He won championships in Football, Basketball, Weightlifting and Boxing. Wade II was elected to the 1st Team All Area in the Palm Beach Post, Sun Sentinel & received All-State honors for his hard-hitting and aggressive style of play at Free Safety.
Later that year he received the Enforcer Award, and accepted a football scholarship to a University in Illinois.
Wade II became a Bodyguard and began working with several high profile clients. From Hall of Fame Coach- Bobby Bowden, Sportscasters: Erin Andrews, Lisa Salters etc.. Later, he would provide personal protection for many celebrities and NFL Players.
In search of more opportunity. Wade II finally took heed to his Mother's advice, who said " You need to take that aggression and get paid for it. Come on out." His Mother 'Y', who was a Sergeant for the State of Florida for over twenty years and retired. Gjee Wade II began his career in Law Enforcement at age 22 in Palm Beach County. With his street smarts, attention to detail, ability to read body language, and muscular stature. He excelled quickly and was promoted to K9 officer at age 24 working for the Inspector General's office. He also trained the K9's for the region.
He relocated to Alachua County in 2009 to be closer to his Mother, who was recovering from a brain aneurysm. In Alachua County, he worked for the Sheriff's Office. He was apart of the Special Forces team, Crisis Intervention Team, and a PT leader during his time there.
As part of the Special Forces Team; He was involved in intense physicality. He is trained in MMA, knife defense, and Lethal Weapons. He was a Instructor at the State College in the High-liability areas: Defensive Tactics/Firearms. While he had a passion for Law Enforcement; He also had a passion for being a Sailor. Gjee finished his degree in Criminal Justice. He left Law Enforcement in December 2012 to go out to sea as Merchant Marine, and pursue Acting. As a Merchant Marine, Wade II has sailed up the fourth largest river in the world- The Mississippi River. Throughout his time on the water he traveled all around the Gulf of Mexico and out into the Atlantic Ocean operating as The Chief Officer/ First Mate.
Naval Career Gjee Wade II has been a vital member of the U.S. Navy since joining. He has spent an extended amount of time in the Middle East during his career. He has received multiple letters of recognition. In 2025, he was recognized by Vice Admiral George Wikoff for his superior performance while serving in the Middle East.
