Biography

Caitlyn Knisely, originally from Northville, Michigan, is a Los Angeles based actor, writer and producer. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting from Michigan State University. After relocating from Detroit, she trained at the Upright Citizens Brigade for improv and sketch comedy in New York City and has also completed the Core Performance Track for improv and sketch comedy at The Groundlings in Los Angeles. In addition to working in film and television for over a decade, she is the creator and star of Earth Girl, a fast paced, comedy variety show centered around environmental issues. A cause she involves herself in and cares deeply about. Recently, Caitlyn joined the LA chapter of The Satin Dollz as a vintage tap dancer.
