John Klein is set to release his zombie thriller Chrysalis as Battle Apocalypse. Barnholtz Entertainment via Cinedigm will handle the release and Battle Apocalypse will release on DVD February 24th, 2015. The film has been reviewed favourably here: Chrysalis Review on 28Dla. And, Battle Apocalypse follows Penelope (Sara Gorsky) and Joshua (Cole Simon) as they struggle to survive in an ever changing wasteland. This film was funded entirely through crowdsourcing. As well, this title has gone on to win numerous awards, including Best Actress (Gorsky, NYC Horror Fest) and Best Actor (Simon, Trail Dance Film Festival). The release of Battle Apocalypse is taking place on multiple formats. Available now on the Battle Apocalypse Homepage through Video-on-demand, this title will be available at many DVD retailers on the 24th. Everyone is just trying to survive, after an infection has ravaged the world. Chyrsalis is a true dystopian film. But, events are not too bleak as a trio moves about a rugged urban landscape. Synopsis
