Monica Rodman is a Video journalist, documentarian, and activist. She began her creative career studying film at NYU Tisch School of the Arts in 2009 and transferred two years later to USC's School of Cinematic Arts where she graduated and received her BA in Film Production.
She does carpentry/ set designing at a photography studio in East Los Angeles and writes, shoots, and edits mini documentary videos that have been published on The Advocate and PRIDE.
She is interested in sharing stories of social justice/ injustice and strives to create platforms for those who cannot speak so that they may finally have the opportunity to share their own stories with their own voices.
