Biography

Nikita Tewani was born in Westchester, New York and is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Shortly after graduation, she was part of the developing cast of the play adaptation of "A Thousand Splendid Suns", based off the best-selling novel by Khaled Hosseini at the American Conservatory Theatre. She originated the role of Aziza. The play went on to win several Critics Circle and Broadway World Awards and tour across the US and Canada. She was also recently seen in the play "Ghosts" by Henrik Ibsen, starring across from David Strathairn and Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio.
