Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Adam Paul Stone discovered his passion for filmmaking at the age of 13, shooting home videos and YouTube sketches with his brother. By 2010, he began directing music videos for local artists. Eventually, he gained national attention with viral videos for YouTube musicians Justin Robinett and Michael Henry, which collectively reached millions of viewers.
In 2013, his short film Ben, I Like You won the Audience Choice Award at the Flatland Film Festival, and his follow-up film, Four Eyes, earned seven festival nominations. He later served as head writer for the food and travel series View & Chew starring Mike Chen, produced by Pure Magic Pictures.
Stone has directed over 800 projects across film, television, and music videos, with a client list that includes Flatland Cavalry, Phix, Caskey, and lowlives. His 2022 film Just Like The Butterfly received 10 awards on the festival circuit and marked a new chapter in his narrative work.
Adam continues to work out of Texas, blending his love for grounded storytelling with striking visual style.
