Joe Jonas put on a gun show while out on a hike on Wednesday (April 9) in Los Angeles.

The 35-year-old actor and singer was joined by his friend Spencer Neville, along with his pup Ruki, for the exercise in Griffith Park, as they both showed off their muscles.

Joe shared a photo on his Instagram story from their hike, showing a snake by a fence, with the word “nope” on the screen.

The guys have been close friends for a few years now, after meeting on the set of the war movie Devotion.

Earlier in the week, Joe was in New York City, where he joined his family to support Nick Jonas at his Broadway musical The Last Five Years‘ opening night.

Joe is finally set to release his second solo album, Music For People Who Believe In Love, this May. The Jonas Brothers are also set to release lots of new music this year.

Following his breakthrough role in 2019's The Last Black Man in San Francisco, Jonathan Majors shot to fame with several exciting projects, including joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, where he was set up to be the next supervillain in the Multiverse Saga. It all came crashing down after his arrest for domestic violence and subsequent firing, but two years later, Majors is back.

Majors underwent a 52-week in-person domestic violence program and was dropped from several projects. However, as he's set to premiere a longtime project next month, the interest and support for the actor returned. Per FlixPatrol, his 2022 box office flop Devotion is a major hit on Max, topping the charts in several countries.

Kevin Jonas kept his birthday celebration going strong by grabbing lunch with his brother Joe and some other pals during a break from The Tour on Monday (November 6) in Los Feliz, Calif.

The Jonas Brothers musician turned 36 on Sunday and thanked everyone, especially his wife Danielle, for making his day so special in a post on Instagram.

Glen Powell teamed up with his “Top Gun: Maverick” and “Devotion” co-stars on Wednesday as they hit the picket lines outside Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California in support of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike.

Powell, 34, shared some photos from his march, including a group shot featuring “Maverick” co-stars Tarzan Davis, Monica Barbaro, Danny Ramirez, and Lewis Pullman, as well as his “Devotion” cast mates Spencer Neville and Nick Hargrove.

Another snapshot sees Powell posing next to writer and producer Jono Matt, known for his work on “Glee”. Upon joining forces with the WGA striker, Powell held up a clever sign featuring a “Glee” meme of Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) that reads: “This is an outrage, and it will not stand.”

Ryan Murphy’s spinoff “American Horror Stories” is coming back for Season 3, and Deadline reports this week that Lisa Rinna (“Real Housewives”) will appear in the new season.

Rinna will star in an episode of Season 3 titled “Tapeworm,” Deadline reports.

The site also notes, “Rinna has concluded most of the filming and is back in LA.”

Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart officially called it quits in 2020, and it sounds like the breakup was difficult for both actors. In a March 8 interview on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast, Sprouse detailed some of the more challenging aspects of his romance with his "Riverdale" costar.

"I think if I had loved myself a little more, I probably would have left [my relationship with Lili] a little earlier," Sprouse said. "I just felt like I had to take care of a lot of people around me, which was not good for me. I probably should have exercised a bit more selfishness in that situation."

He also shared that it was difficult to continue working on their show after their relationship ended. "The work thing got difficult because it was hard to suspend all the way we felt about each other and it didn't afford us the luxury of distance to really overcome that," Sprouse said.

Paramount+ and Paramount Home Entertainment have announced that the epic and inspirational true story Devotion will be available to stream on Paramount+ and will be available to purchase on Digital beginning Sunday, Jan. 8 in the U.S. and Canada.

Directed by Jd Dillard, Jonathan Majors (“Creed III”) and Glen Powell (Top Gun: Maverick) star in the true story of two elite U.S. Navy fighter pilots who helped turn the tide in the most brutal battle in the Korean War: Jesse Brown, the first Black aviator in Navy history and his fellow fighter pilot and friend, Tom Hudner. HBO announced that Mindy Kaling’s raunchy series “The Sex Lives of College Girls” will be returning for a third season.

Season 2 of the show aired on Nov. 17, with the final two episodes airing on Thursday. The series has been wildly popular with audiences, with HBO revealing the most recent episode set a new audience record for the series with more than double that of the series launch in 2021.

The Los Angeles premiere of “Devotion,” starring Jonathan Majors and Glen Powell, served as both a salute to the legacy and lineage of Korean War heroes Jesse L. Brown, the first African American Navy aviator, and Thomas Hudner, his devoted wingman, as well as a celebration of the familial bonds forged during the shoot.

“This movie, in so many ways, is a family effort,” director Jd Dillard said, introducing the film’s cast and crew before a packed house inside the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood on Tuesday night. “We all moved together like the boys shipping off to war to make this movie.”

Dillard then asked the few dozen descendants of Brown and Hudner in attendance to stand for a round of applause. It’s overwhelming to share these moments with the families, Dillard told Variety on the red carpet, but, he added, “There’s no other way to do it.

When “The Sex Lives of College Students” returns with its second season this week, the Mindy Kaling-produced HBO Max comedy will be introducing a new character, played by Spencer Neville.

Speaking with E! News, the actor shared some scoop about his role.

“I’m the new frat guy that comes in and shakes things up a bit,” he explained.

Horror is full of fascinating figures who make enthralling arguments for why the dead are more valuable than the living and the persecution that frequently follows this philosophy. Titles like Re-Animator, Deadgirl, The Autopsy of Jane Done, and so many others uniquely examine life, death, and the blurred lines in between the two. American Horror Stories’ “Necro” attempts to also bring grief and romance into the equation with this failed experiment that falls short in some seriously tone deaf ways, but still manages to scratch the surface of some compelling ideas.

Sony Pictures has updated its upcoming theatrical release calendar, dating its Marvel Comics adaptation “Madame Web,” officially revealing a new entry in Denzel Washington’s “The Equalizer” series and delaying the release of “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” to 2023.

Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation’s “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,” the sequel to 2018’s acclaimed “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse,” has been bumped to June 2, 2023. The animated follow-up had been slated to hit theaters on Oct. 7 of this year. Additionally, the film has been retitled, dropping its original parenthetical subtitle of “Part One.” “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Part II,” the already announced threequel in the “Spider-Verse” series, has also been given an official release date of March 29, 2024.

As Daisy Phillipson writes for Little White Lies, “On closer inspection, however, Miike asks us to consider the cultural context in which the film is set. Based on a novel by Ryu Murakami, who often uses social commentary to skewer concerns facing modern Japan, Audition offers an ingenious twist on national femininity by subverting the passive female horror narrative.”

It's finally getting a theatrical debut later this month, after also playing at the Nightstream Film Festival last year. A wealthy, Nigerian-American teen named Tunde Johnson, played by Steven Silver, is pulled over by police, shot to death and immediately awakens, reliving the same day over and over, trapped in a terrifying time loop - forced to confront difficult truths about his life and himself. Nightstream explains: "Featuring one of the best and most radical uses of the time loop narrative device, [the film] offers a striking, crucial perspective of a long underrepresented voice paired with an unwavering appreciation for the beautiful moments in life, and a hope for a better tomorrow." The Film Life Foundation’s inaugural Social Justice Now Film Festival (Sjnff) has unveiled its robust program including its spotlight screenings including the documentaries 40 Years A Prisoner from HBO, Us Kids, and Sncc executive produced by Pharell Williams as well as I Am Other. and the narrative feature Reefa. The fest will also feature the Destin Daniel Cretton-directed Just Mercy and Ryan Coogler’s award-winning Fruitvale Station as opening night films which will screen at Paramount’s Drive-In Theater on Wednesday, October 21. Both films star Michael B. Jordan, who was previously announced as Co-Ambassador alongside Black Lives Matter Co-Founder Opal Tometi.
