Marlie Collins was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. She is a Vancouver-based actress, singer, and voice actor, and a graduate of the Canadian College of Performing Arts. She began her career in musical theatre, starring in lead roles such as Xanadu (2012) and Rock of Ages (2016) at the Arts Club Theatre in Vancouver. Marlie is also a touring musician, session singer, and songwriter, releasing her debut album in 2018. Her notable film and television credits include Just Like a Christmas Movie (2023), The Real West (2024), The Hunting Party (2025), A Lot Like Christmas (2021), Motherland: Fort Salem (2020), Sleeping with Danger (2020), and Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance (2018).
