Deb Roy, chief media scientist at Twitter, is to present a keynote address at Miptv in Cannes on April 8.
Entitled Twitter, A Social Amplifier For TV: What Does This Mean For TV Networks, Advertisers and Creatives?, the keynote will highlight Twitter as a force multiplier for TV viewing.
