Roderick MacKay is a writer and director from Perth, Western Australia. Roderick's debut feature film, The Furnace, starring David Wenham and Ahmed Malek, premiered at the 77th Venice Film Festival in Official Selection. Roderick's short films include Trigger and Factory 293. Roderick studied Visual Arts at Curtin University and is married to visual artist Tessa MacKay.
