Edward Lee Cornett

He got the "bug" in high school. He attended Ohio University for Theater and then on to CSU in Cleveland to earn a BA in dramatic arts with an emphasis on acting and directing. He trained with Dr. Joseph J Garry Jr., artistic director of the Playhouse Square Association, and Richard Oberlin, then Director of the Cleveland Playhouse. He studied under John Solari, a member of The Actors Studio in West Hollywood, under the direction of Martin Landau and Mark Rydell. He works as an actor, screenwriter, Director, and also functions as a script doctor. Worked with Peter Stormare, Justin Chatwin, and dear friend, the late Tony Sirico. Works as Executive Producer, Sciarpa Productions, LLC. Noted for: "A Scarf for Joey", "Confessions of Carlo Gambino", "Sit down with Carlo Gambino", and the upcoming film, "Avenging Justice", in pre-production[2025] as Director, Executive Producer, and Screenwriter. He is dedicated to producing quality independent films in Cleveland, Ohio, using local talent.
