Who The Best Safeties In Madden NFL 25 Are
Image
A solid Safety is crucial in Madden NFL 25 for defense, but EA's rankings may not satisfy all fans. Jessie Bates III tops the list, known for interceptions and shutting down plays on the field. Some players argue Kyle Hamilton deserves a higher rank, but EA's metrics remain a mystery.

EA Sports recently revealed its rankings for all the athletes in Madden NFL 25, revealing which Safeties the company considers the best in the league. Safeties are a very important defensive position in the NFL, as they help provide additional coverage downfield to help with pass coverage or prevent running plays from getting too far. This is an especially vital position in Madden NFL 25 and other football games because it is a little easier to pull off ridiculously long passes in the game than it is in real life.

Since having a good Safety is essential for defense, players will want...

Patrick Mahomes Leads NFL’s Wave of Young Quarterbacks Grabbing Hollywood’s Attention
Image
Sunday’s Super Bowl battle between the Kansas City Chiefs’ hot-shot Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady, the NFL’s winningest quarterback of all time, highlights the wave of young QBs who are bringing sizzle to the gridiron and grabbing the attention of Madison Avenue and Hollywood.

Mahomes, 25, is going for his second consecutive Super Bowl trophy with the Chiefs. That has set up a generational test of wills between the Chiefs star and Brady, who is going for his seventh Super Bowl ring and his first with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brady is facing perennial retirement rumors, even as he up-ends NFL convention by playing a Super Bowl-caliber level game at the age of 43.

Mahomes, who signed a whopping $450 million 10-year contract with the Chiefs last year, and the other QBs are coming on strong as other veteran NFL stars are also likely to leave the field soon, including New...

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell Says “We Were Wrong” In How League Handled National Anthem Kneeling Protests
Image
National Football League Commissioner Roger Goodell admitted Friday that the league should have listened more closely in the past to players who complained about racism.

Goodell issued an Instagram video today on behalf of the NFL after several star players issued their own video, Stronger Together, on Thursday, asking for the league to condemn racism and support its black players.

The league responded a day later.

“We, the National Football League, admit we were wrong for not listening to NFL players earlier and encourage all to speak out and peacefully protest,” Goodell said. “It has been a difficult time for our country. In particular, black people in our country. First, my condolences to the families of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and all the families who have endured police brutality.”

NFL Stars Call for League to Admit Silencing Protesting Players Was Wrong
Image
Several of the most prominent stars in the National Football League posted a video demanding the league condemn racism and admit it was wrong to silence protesting players.

The video comes after the death of George Floyd, who died after a Minneapolis police officer kneeled on his neck for several minutes, after Floyd repeatedly said he couldn’t breathe. Organizations around the country, including the NFL, shared statements of support after Floyd’s death.

However, some people viewed the NFL’s statement as insincere, after quarterback Colin Kaepernick faced backlash for kneeling during football games to protest police brutality and the oppression of Black rights.

“It’s been 10 days since George Floyd was brutally murdered. How many times do we need to ask you to listen to your players? What will it take? For one of us to be murdered by police brutality? What if I was George Floyd?” the players ask in the video.

History’s 10 Most Culturally Significant Dick Pic Scandals
The Ami-Jeff Bezos scandal is set up to dominate headlines for a while. Who knows where it will lead? In the third world, an oligarch-president proxy war playing out in public like this usually presages a coup.

If this were Thailand or Uruguay, bookies would already have odds on a Bezos-Mark-Zuckerberg-Sundar-Pichai junta being in power by May.

This scandal will at least drag us through unprecedented legal and ethical conundrums. Can the president use the surveillance powers of the state to go after political enemies? Can a billionaire...
