Tyler Nicholas
Tyler Nicholas is an award-winning filmmaker who, as a freshman at Loyola Marymount University's School of Film and Television, was cast as an on-air host for the acclaimed FXM Network (FOX Television) show, Life After Film School (2006). After graduating with honors, Tyler worked on the television series Well Read (2015), which airs on PBS stations nationwide. He also branched out into sports, working with both the Seattle Seahawks and Mariners, and the 2018 Special Olympics.

In Los Angeles, Tyler worked non-stop as actor, voiceover talent, and crew on notable LA-based indie film projects - such as Muslimah's Guide to Marriage (2018), a film adaptation of Henrik Ibsen's Hedda Gabler, The Gods of Garbage (2013), the award-winning short Play Date (2015), and The Hollywood Masters (2017) Netflix series. He also served as videographer for LMU and LMU's ROAR TV Network and held internships at Hollywood's esteemed LBI Entertainment and world-renowned cinema trailer editing powerhouse, Mark Woollen & Associates.

Tyler has created numerous independent films of his own, honing skills as writer, producer, director, cinematographer, composer, and - his first love - editor. These films include the feature-length documentary Priest 2.0 (2015) and its award-winning short version, both featuring Mel Gibson. Away from the set, Tyler loves art history, photography, and music - playing both keyboards and guitar, and has certifications in stage combat.
