A product of Caribbean immigrant parents, he grew up listening to his mother, aunties, and grandmothers tell stories about talking spiders, wise monkeys, and dancing flames. Listening to these Ananse stories as a child sparked his imagination and passion for visual storytelling. As a director of photography, he brings the talking spider-creativity; the wise monkey-technical know-how; and the dancing flame-curiosity, to every project.
